Effectively removes slurry, oil stains, dust, and chemical auxiliaries left during weaving and spinning. This is crucial for improving fabric whiteness, brightness, and the adhesion of subsequent printing.

This is the most critical function of the dryer (especially the Stenter). During the high-temperature drying process, fiber molecular chains rearrange, eliminating internal stress in the fabric. This effectively prevents deformation or distortion during subsequent cutting or washing, ensuring garment dimensional stability.
