Thirty high-temperature and high-pressure roll dyeing machines, two German air-flow dyeing machines and one Dutch cold dyeing machine form a "no cylinder difference" flexible dyeing matrix. Combined with an imported fully automatic drop sample system, the one-time confirmation rate is increased by 40% and the production cycle is shortened by 30%. In the final processing stage, 2 flat washing machines, 4 loose washing machines, 10 setting machines, a Japanese SEIREN weft straightening machine, a German KUSTER calendering machine, and an Italian Biancalani air softener are connected end to end. In terms of printing, we have 3 high-speed digital printing machines and 8 rotary screens, including the Japanese Tosen inclined table printing machine with high matching accuracy, which can meet various screen sizes ranging from 1.3 to 2.5 meters. The inclined table design device ensures that the paste passes through the paste circulation system during the production process, resulting in uniform printed color surfaces. Combined with the complete set of Dutch STORK screen-making equipment and the fully automatic paste adjustment system, To maximize the printing effect, this system, in terms of production operation management, is equipped with the newly introduced ERP and MES systems, significantly enhancing the utilization rate of color pastes and the success rate of color matching, achieving refined management, which is of great significance for quality assurance.

In terms of post-treatment, apart from two high-efficiency flat washing machines, we have also invested heavily in loose washing machines and intelligent ring drying machines. At the same time, we are equipped with ten setting machines to seamlessly meet the production requirements. For the post-treatment quality control, we use the SEIREN leveling machine with Japanese core technology to correct the six-segment errors on the fabric surface. Through dynamic simulation of the error correction scenario, we reject the weft skew phenomenon. Eight machines, including the German imported KUSTER calender, perfectly present the glossiness. At the core, there is also one Italian imported Biancalani air softener, which releases the infinite tenderness of the final product.
