While the standard width is 250cm for bedding, we can accommodate wider widths for bulk orders (e.g., hotel bedding) using specialized wide-width machinery.

Industrial Dryer

Effectively removes slurry, oil stains, dust, and chemical auxiliaries left during weaving and spinning. This is crucial for improving fabric whiteness, brightness, and the adhesion of subsequent printing.

This is the most critical function of the dryer (especially the Stenter). During the high-temperature drying process, fiber molecular chains rearrange, eliminating internal stress in the fabric. This effectively prevents deformation or distortion during subsequent cutting or washing, ensuring garment dimensional stability.

Ready bedsheets, duvet sets of your order are packed set by set, piece by piece, well inspected and trimmed, put in carton
Accept customized package of sets, recommend eco fabric bag, PVC bag+cardboard+ribbon or gift box, personalized logo or slogan printing on product packaging. Help customer with demand of embroidery, screen printing, woven label, logo hangtag, care instruction, washing guidance etc.
